Experiencing Homelessness?

As of January 11th, 2017:

If you are currently experiencing homelessness and in need of shelter, please call the PA211 Hotline by dialing 211 on your phone. This will take you to United Way’s community helpline. If you are calling from out-of-state, please call this toll free number (855) 501-6785.

PA 2-1-1 Coordinated Entry is a community housing crisis response system for people who are currently experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. It is an effective process for helping people find the housing and services they need to end their housing crisis as quickly and successfully as possible.

By using a standardized assessment tool and referral process, families and individuals are prioritized for appropriate housing and services based on vulnerability and servility of need.
